Refund and cancellation in brief
- Access starts immediately after payment, so a payment cannot be cancelled or refunded for a change of mind once access is granted.
- If you were charged twice, did not get access, or the videos cannot play because of a problem on our side, write to us within 7 days and we will fix it or refund you.
